The selected consultants are required to have a B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering (Chartered Accountants (CA) and 3 years of functional and IT industry experience. The consultant must have worked in a premier organization and the education degree must be from one of the top 20 universities. All candidates undergo a written test and then a verbal technical interview. Successful consultants in this round undergo verbal and written english test and behavioural test.
Selected Consultants and then made an offer.All selected consultants undergo intensive in-house training for four months, to strengthen their functional and programming skills, and are then evaluated on the basis of their performance. Successful trainees are put on projects. |
