Qualification:
Req’s. Master's in Management or its foreign educational equivalent or its equivalent in education and experience plus 1 year experience in the job offered. Will accept any equally suitable combination of education, training and/or experience which would qualify an applicant to perform the duties of the job offered.
Job Description:
Management Analyst: Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Analyze data gathered, develop information and consider available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding. Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records. Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
